A proposal to limit the number of pets allowed in the suburb appears to be go to Richland County Council for consideration in the coming weeks.
The draft measure, is sure to stir up emotions, will be put on the three-pet in areas which all but the countryside is categorized.
There is no limit on the number of pets are now owned by the people who lived off the Richland County, but the city of Columbia has a limit of two dogs that are primarily executed when neighbors complained about the barking dog or unhealthy meters.
